Key Responsibilities:
- Lead various aspects of Finance configurations, implementations, modifications, and enhancements within the Workday platform.
- Gather and define requirements, conduct gap analysis, design solutions, and oversee development.
- Support the set-up of business processes, workflows, security roles, and user roles.
- Troubleshoot system problems, identify process flaws, and recommend effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Security and Integration teams to ensure optimal results.
- Work with the Report Writer to develop financial reports and provide training on reporting capabilities.
- Build trust and consensus around business processes and design.
- Document changes and updates within Workday for change management and training purposes.
- Create detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans, cases, and user training materials.
- Provide thought leadership on potential enhancements and methodologies to improve the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with HR and TECH teams to ensure cohesive work streams and mitigate cross-functional impacts.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in configuring, implementing, and enhancing Workday Finance.
- Knowledge of business processes, workflows, security roles, and user roles.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and present findings effectively.
