- Requirement Analysis
a. Understand the functional aspects of the client’s requirements.
b. Efficiently execute tasks by raising clarifications, issues, and concerns to the lead promptly.
c. Adhere to schedules and timelines.
d. Maintain effective interpersonal relationships with team members and supervisors.
e. Follow organizational policies and procedures.
f. Participate in project and organization initiatives led by the Delivery leadership.
g. Ensure appropriate task classification and prioritization.
h. Comply with defined processes during task execution.
i. Provide periodic task-level updates as required.
a. Assist in creating documentation about client-specific applications, project-specific processes, and workflows.
b. Create application-specific reports, e.g., SLA KPI reports, performance metrics, number of transactions processed per day, successful transactions, etc.
- Participation in Calls and Status Reporting
a. Participate in daily standup calls and weekly calls.
b. Contribute to the creation of weekly and monthly reports for clients.
- Learning and Training
a. Understand the details of quality processes and practices followed in the project from different sources.
b. Familiarize yourself with project-specific documents and attend boot camps to learn about client application suites, technology stacks, and client-specific processes and tools (e.g., Quality Center, JIRA).
c. Attend any Knowledge Transition sessions conducted within the project to gain proficiency in project-level knowledge.
d. Complete domain-specific, technical, and project-related training and certifications.
