Cognizant seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programmer Analyst specializing in Genesys PureCloud to join our dynamic team. As a Programmer Analyst, you will be responsible for Genesys PureCloud enablement, configuration, and hands-on development of web services integration and custom reports using Rest APIs. Your expertise in Genesys PureCloud suite applications and certifications will be key in ensuring optimal performance and functionality for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in Genesys PureCloud to enable and configure the platform according to client requirements.
- Hands-on development and integration of third-party web services into the Genesys PureCloud environment.
- Design and develop custom reports using Rest APIs to extract and present relevant data.
- Configure and optimize IVR, interaction routing, WFM, dialer, and scripter functionalities within the Genesys PureCloud environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively interact with third-party platforms such as web chat, data DIP, Salesforce, Twilio, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Genesys PureCloud features and enhancements, proactively identifying opportunities to improve system performance and user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Genesys PureCloud enablement, configuration, and development.
- Strong proficiency in web services integration with third-party applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating custom reports using Rest APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of IVR, interaction routing, WFM, dialer, and scripter within the Genesys PureCloud platform.
- Genesys PureCloud certifications will be highly regarded.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
