Job Description: Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with excellent customer service skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service New Associate in the Query Management division at our Hyderabad location.

What You’ll Do: As a Customer Service New Associate, you will be a valuable member of our Customer Support vertical, responsible for managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing the best possible solutions. Your role will involve closing faults and complaints within specified SLA’s. You will be part of the Query Management team, responsible for both inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and chat support to effectively address customer issues. This role is aligned with our Customer Service Technology Support team, where you will provide technical assistance related to specific systems, software, and infrastructure and troubleshoot technical problems.

Roles and Responsibilities: In this role, you will primarily solve routine problems, often relying on precedent and general guidelines. You will receive detailed to moderate-level instructions for daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work, and you will function as an individual contributor within a team, with a predetermined and focused scope of work. Please note that this position may require you to work in rotational shifts.
