Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer & merchant calls.
- Manage calls related to queries, surveys, and feedback.
- Handle inquiries and service calls.
- Resolve customer queries via email and calls.
- Provide effective solutions to customer problems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi (Hindi is Mandatory).
- Freshers with good communication in English & Hindi can apply.
- Voice/Semi Voice/Telecalling/Customer Service experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to work from the office.
- Good typing skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- One-way cab facility (based on shifts).
