About the Role:
As a Process Specialist, you will demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply it to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. You’ll provide expert advice and guidance to others, align efforts to meet customer and business needs, and build commitment for perspectives and rationales. Additionally, you’ll support the implementation of business solutions, build relationships with key stakeholders, identify business needs, and adapt to changing demands and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully perform essential functions in the current role.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Prior experience and strong knowledge of unemployment processes.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and manage responsibilities beyond BAU (business as usual).
- Implement complex initiatives and process improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
About the Team:
The People Services team is a dynamic and multi-functional team based in Bangalore, working closely with colleagues in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Bentonville, Arkansas. This team focuses on customer service delivery and providing a superior associate experience through speed, accuracy, and on-time delivery of solutions.
Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Competencies: Proficiency in customer/member service, judgment, planning and improvement, influence and communication, execution and results, ethics and compliance.
