The purpose of the rolw is to support process delivery byensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolvetechnical escalations and develop technical capability within the production specialist.

Review performance dashboard and the scores for the team
Support tthe team in improving performance parameters byproviding technical support and process guidance
Record track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken & total successful & unsuccessful resolutions.
Ensure standard processes & procedures are followed to resolveall client queries.
Resolve client queries as per the SLA ‘s defined in the contract.
Develop undertstanding of process /product fkr the team members ti faciliatate bettee client interaction & troubleshooting.
Document & analyze call logs to spot most occuring trends to orevent future problems.
Identity reg flags & escalate serious client issues to tea keader in cases if untimely resolotion.
Ensure all product information & disclosures are given ti clinet before & afttee the call /email requests.
Avoids leagal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreement.
