Customer Success Group:

  • Role: Technical Support Engineer
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Work Timings: 24/7 Shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in resolving custom code, integration, and implementation issues with Salesforce products.
  • Maintain technical expertise in specific areas of product functionality.
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide feature explanations and Salesforce coding best practices.
  • Manage customer expectations and enhance satisfaction.
  • Participate in job-related training activities.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication
  • Super Badges in Salesforce Administrator/Developer, etc.
  • Proficiency in HTML, XML, API, SQL
  • Knowledge of C, C++, Java, RDBMS, and OOPS concepts
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Familiarity with Internet technologies (firewalls, web servers, etc.)
  • BE/B.Tech degree with minimum 70% academic scores in Computer Science or related branches
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
