Job Description:
Cognizant is seeking a skilled and motivated Process Executive – Data to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Process Executive, you will play a vital role in our business operations, handling data processing and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate qualification (excluding BE, Btech, MCA).
Responsibilities:
- Minimal customer interaction under guidance.
- Understanding domain process and sub-process functions, including terminologies (such as SOP QC checklists).
- Handling first-level processing of assigned transactions; complex problems and procedures are referred to the Supervisor or Line Manager.
- Adhering to quality requirements and achieving targets and volumes within specified Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Complying with mandatory industry regulations and process-specific compliance requirements.
- Knowledge management, including understanding various document templates and standards (such as SOPs) to interpret documents and related terminologies.
- People and team management.
- Adhering to organizational hygiene and compliance needs, including timesheet submission, assimilation, and attendance.
