Good knowledge of CAD/CAM and Geometry fundamentals
Good analytical skills
Knowledge of agile development, Scrum and Lean concepts.
Good undrstndng of design principles and rules.
Ability to learn new technologies and skills very quickly.
Handling problems reported from the field and coming up with quick resolution, workaround, recovery and fixes.
Ability to understand work scope, engineering requirements, Standards and Client Style guidelines.
Basic knowledge of programming with C, c++and STL will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of working on Windows platform and Visual Studio will be an added advantage.
Understanding of HTML, java script, python, etc. Will be an added value will be an added advantage tool skills
Ability to hand sketch, render and digitally sketch and render using a sketch.
Ability to illustrate concepts using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, etc……
Ability to work on tools to create CAD models of concepts of acceptable or exceeding acceptable quality using SolidWorks /Creo /Rhino /Alias /UG etc…. AS appropriate and render CAD models of acceptable or exceeding acceptable quality using Keyshot /Bunkspeed max Etc…..

Create value through innovation, automation and improvements wherever needed in the development cycle.
Ensure Adherence to product development processes
Maintain and improve product quality.
Must havr ownership and accountability for the role assigned tasks.
Deliver tasks on time, prioritize plan and complete owned tasks in stipulated time and request help on complex tasks.
Self updated on new technologies and should demonstrate the same through throughout the assigned tasks and by sharing knowledge
Good team player.
Should take initiatives and should be self – driven
