Responsibilities :
- Supporting French/German/Japanese language contracts as a part of managing client’s end-to-end contract management team, including but not limited to triaging requests, drafting, redlining, negotiating contracts via playbooks, key contract data abstraction, administration in CLM for the respective foreign languages Stakeholder Management: Understanding the commercial/ legal implications of contracts, taking agreements to closure and finalization through discussions with internal/ external stakeholders liaison with sales, commercial legal, and legal operations Process Documentation: reviewing and adhering to SOPs, QACs for process delivery Timely delivery: adherence to timelines and other project SLAs and timelines thus ensuring accurate and timely delivery; and supporting project transitions
