🎯 Desired Candidate Profile: We are looking for candidates who can join us immediately and possess the following skills and qualifications:
👉 Education Qualification:
- E-commerce Customer Support Associate:
- All PG’s are also eligible
- MA, MCOM, MSC, Mass Communication MBA, PGDM, MTech/MSC-ITM/MA English
- E-commerce Technical Support Associate:
- BE/BTech – All Streams (IHM & BHM)
- MA English / MTech – All Streams
👉 Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good analytical and interpretation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while delivering top-notch customer service.
- Knowledge of Computers, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Typing Speed: 30 wpm with 90% accuracy.
🕒 Shift Timing:
- Rotational shifts, covering any 9 hours within 24 hours.
- Includes night shifts.
- 1 Week-off on a rotational basis.
💼 Experience:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
🎂 Age Limit:
- Candidates between 18-35 years can apply.
💰 Salary:
- Earn a competitive salary ranging from ₹10,500 to ₹14,500 per month (after all deductions).
