Job Description:
Cash Application 💵
- Efficiently manage and allocate daily work to the team by downloading bank statements.
- Review and apply cash/credit flow to the system for invoices/debits not automatically processed.
- Tackle unidentified and unapplied payments, finding resolutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond to generic mailbox queries, providing prompt and helpful solutions.
- Update Cross entity payment trackers to keep records up-to-date.
- Collaborate with language-enabled delivery centers for language-dependent cases closure.
- Handle Bad debt recoveries with a proactive approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (B.Com) or Master’s (M.Com) degree.
