Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize excellent English communication skills to handle non-voice operations effectively.
- Apply basic knowledge in Excel and computer operations for data management.
- Demonstrate an analytical and logical approach with an acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in maps and mapmaker products is a plus.
- Adapt to multi-platform requirements and processes.
- Maintain a keen eye for errors and ensure high-quality work.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: Any Graduate (Please bring your documents for verification).
- Flexibility to work from the office (Work from Office – WFO).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Work schedule: 5 days a week with 2 days of rotational week off.
