Responsibilities :
- Monitor and maintain app environments including production hosted on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Assist in testing new features or bug fixes in QA environment
- Smoke Test environment after each code deployments
- Monitor, troubleshoot and engage with user to understand issues reported
- Document issues requiring assistance, with detailed reproduction steps and escalate to Application Development team
- Identify and report opportunities to improve efficiency and quality
- Keep users updated about system outages or issues impacting critical business processes
- Track issues and submit status reports
- Stay up to date with new features and enhancements
Qualification required :
- Graduated or pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas of collaboration and facilitation
